Add Facebook Pages and Multiple Twitter accounts
I would love to be able to add multiple Facebook Pages that I manage, as well as multiple Twitter accounts. It was be awesome if I could do that all ih one place!

my twitter connection...
shows as "connected to unknown" ...not sure why.. maybe a little bug?

Show # of new notifications in tab
Similar to other social networking sites, if I have a new notification or several, show it next to "engag.io" in the browser tab as (1), (3), etc.

problem with hacker news
I get a "There was an error" when I try to connect my account. Double-checked I was typing the login and PW correctly. My hacker news id is jphaas.

Twitter conversations not appearing?
I've tweeted to a few people - but those conversations are not showing up in engag.io
..they're supposed to right?

use twillio to send my phone a txt msg notifications for marked threads
This would allow you to avoid having to write a phone native app.
Having the ability to "mark a thread for txt msgs" is the goal. (similar to how twitter works).
The txt msg should include a URL to click on that brings me right into the engag.io UI and thread of interest.

Blog Feed
Feed the blogs I have RSS feeds to. It would be great to replace Google reader w/ Engag.io w/ this services enhanced commenting features.

Add LinkedIn as a supported site
In recent years, LinkedIn seems to have expanded into the social networking space. Perhaps engag.io could benefit from including it.

marking what is read when you click back
I have to reload the page in order to check which threads I have read. I think that is poor user response.

Graphically Smoother (does that make sense) UX and Coolness...

Somewhat like Gmail, would be nice to not have to go back to inbox to view the next message.

a few things
i would have used disqus for the feedback. otherwise, i have to learn another tool to talk about a tool i'm learning. plus, it would be good to see who i'm talking with.
some hints in the left sidebar under the 'My Discussion' for each page would be useful. and/or info on feature updates.
relating to the above. i don't know what shared links are about.
i like the site discovery, but i don't want to see a massive list. the top 5 (or whatever) will do. which then change based on whatever data. with the option to expand the…

Auto Refresh in Inbox
Enable auto refresh in inbox so that we can participate in conversations as and when they come up, instead of having to refresh the page every once in a while...

A fast way to mark conversations as read or mute them
Some conversations turn too noisy or uninteresting, so it would be nice to be able to mute them or mark them as read in batches as with email.

add engagement/interaction stats from Facebook pages.
Like the tool, but it's only picking up activity from my personal FB account and doesn't give the option (at least I can't find it) to include activity from FB business pages...that's what I really want to monitor.

Include "likes," "favorites" and other non-verbal forms of engagement
I think that "likes" and "favorites" can be nearly equivalent to some comments (the comment that just says "+1," or "what he said.")
Likes, favorites probably better as a separate category, though.
