Copy all of the standard Gmail Hotkeys so the engagio chrome extension works just like gmail. All email power users and people with a LOT of social media messages need to power through hundreds of "messages" a day. Clicking through these creates a lot of friction. the most important is "Reply" + "Send and Archive and go to Next". With these 2, you never touch a mouse.

Add a preview for links in your discussion feed. On twitter if someone has mentioned me and takes a picture I get to see the picture directly in the feed which is very handy. Helps us lazy people get through our interactions faster and easier

Most of the blogs I comment on only capture my info with my gravatar. Is there way to somehow connect my comments using this online persona? I don't think these comments get logged like on Disqus, but it is how most blogs let me identify myself.

i really like how pivotal tracker has a dedicated page and they actually update it on a regular basis. i know engagio has a feature page but it barely gets updated. if you guys could update that page more, like monthly at least, it would be awesome!

I manage a Google+ account and I can not log in through your system. Please help figure this out!

The ability to view your entire timeline for either a single service, or a combination of services (similar to HootSuite or Bottlenose, or the current profile view, but for everything, not just those you posted). Ideally this could be shown in GMail too.

Provide integration with Buffer for unified analytics. Currently, Buffer provides analytics for Twitter posts (and any other services that can be tracked through analytics, though analytics only seem to work for Twitter thus far) delivered through the Buffer service, which provides added incentive for using the Buffer Chrome extension to post, whether or not the post is being 'Added to Buffer' for scheduling.

Looks great, I'm interested in monitoring the web (Google Alerts style) and being able to respond to blog posts, forum posts, comments, convos, answer services, etc. wherever they may occur. Engag.io looks close to being able to do that if it were to add some more services, like Yahoo! Answers, or make use of OpenID or something.

I would love to be able to continue discussions with a convenient interface, like my email client, instant message program, or via text messages on my phone.

The icons in the lower right corner are tiny and unreadable. Also, when you mouse over one of the icons, you should see the name of the service and not just the user name for that service.

When I added linked-in, the prompt was for 2 options that referred to notifications I would receive. However, the small writing notified me that providing my email would produce an occasional newsletter. I don't see the connection, in that moment, between what do I want to know about and when, about other people/contacts - AND - is it ok if Engagio sends me the odd newsletter. As well, there was no opt out at that moment, IF I did not want the newsletter.

I don't see any of my recent facebook discussions (of links I shared or status updates) pulled into Engagio.
Tried to remove and re-add my facebook account to Engagio, and checked in Facebook that the Engagio app has all the permissions.

What does the follow button actually do? ..follow them on all connected services or just some subset?

Once in a while, i'll see bugs on the application. Need some sort of way to report these bugs.

Currently the chrome extension (as far as I can see) is only used to link to the site. and offers no additional functionality. It would be nice if it could amalgamate the 'share' icons on various sites with the engagio "compose" style form that allows you to blast across all your networks when using share, all at once.

Otherwise, why is it even a chrome app? I can get the exact same functionality if I added it to the bookmark bar.

Having the compose section on the actual page all the time would be a real asset. Currently the compose window takes you out of the main site and plunks itself firmly on it's own page. This is unnecessary, an overlay window or just having the status update field alway present would be way more inviting.
